Welcome to the world of
Self Nourishment
your busy lifestyle isn’t slowing itself down…
and you desire a life beyond burnout…
so you don’t find yourself back here in a year
Hello and welcome!
Whatever it is that brought you here, I’m super grateful to meet you and that you found this space because this space is for you.
Let’s be real here, you’re fucking tired, you’re overwhelmed, you’ve had enough of the way you’ve been doing things so far – and somethings gotta give.
Usually (and maybe you’re already there) that thing that gives – it’s you.
It’s your health, it’s your energy, it’s your mental well-being, maybe all of the above?
But is that really any way to live?
I can’t speak for you, but I imagine you’re a little bit like me – I want to enjoy my days here on Earth with my kid, loving my business, and enjoying life. I want to feel energised and healthy and passionate and alive – and if that’s you, you’ve come to the right place.
This doesn’t necessarily mean doing less – although maybe that’s a part of it for you.
Whether you are an overwhelmed entrepreneur, a stressed out mama, or just a really fucking busy person – your busy label doesn’t really matter, what matters is that life doesn’t need to be so fucking hard.
The good news is that it took getting to this place for you to realise that things needed to be different, and for you to find this space so congratulations on overdoing it to the point of overwhelm.
I do want to tell you that you’re not broken, the systems of our society is broken, but it doesn’t mean that we have to keep living this way…
We’ve been taught that we need to keep doing, and achieving, and being productive in order to be successful but truly, whose measure of success is that anyway?
Our time in this world is finite, our time with our kids is finite, and ultimately if we don’t tend to ourselves now that time is not only shorter but also less enjoyable in every way.
This is a space where we learned to slow down, to reconnect to ourselves, and to re-prioritise what’s important so that we can enjoy what we’re here to do.
Let me tell you a bit about me…
I come from a background of hustling in hospitality…years of working my ass off for other people (and running myself and my health into the ground) culminated in my opening my very own cafe in East London - where I continued to run myself into the ground.
Like you it was one-too-many burnouts that really made me take a step back and look at my life, and how I was living it.
Immediately I made changes - small ones, to create boundaries around my wellbeing, and to create lasting change. Ultimately I had to get honest with myself that this industry just didn’t suit me and my values around health, cyclical living, and slowing down.
It took a lot to get me to that point, and even more to get to where I am today - a solo mama living in bali, supporting women like you to create a life of nourishment for themselves.
I’m so fucking passionate about nourishment in all forms, and I live and breathe it (as well as harp on about it online so you can find yourself here) and I hope that this is the ping you were looking for to slow down, and start to look at your life and how you’re living it… because you only get one life, and how we choose to live each day is up to you.
